Postcardia-cum-Poetica #59

Part Two of my mates postcards (Part Ome is here). I’d like to think it’s mostly ballast, though the last fortnight has felt a little more like weights.

Image, Dave LaChapelle, and words from Women Who Run With The Wolves.

Compare and contrast below

Postcardia-cum-Poetica #54

I’ve got quite a collection of card which already have words on them. Words that aren’t always easily covered up (like #52 ) so today’s card was an experiment in creating space for words while mainting the integrity of the original image. It’s given me the confidence to convert a few more of the wordy cards, and thus, further extending the life span of my postcard pile.

Promo card from La Boîte Theatre’s production of Nick Enright’s Blackrock. Words from Women Who Run With The Wolves.

Postcardia-cum-Poetica #52

And I’ve reached the magic number of 52, representing an entire year of postcardia here! Despite long pauses with no postcards to post or falling behind in posting here, it appears that I’ve basically made up time, in the productive between times to round all this out in 52 weeks. You can click back and see #1 here from the 14th October 2016 (

This is the promo postcard for The Hamlet Apocalypse with words from Women Who Run With The Wolves.
